As the first Talent Lead, you’ll own hiring for the next stage of Sunrise’s growth, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, AI/robotics, product, and operations while implementing systems for structured, repeatable, and fast hiring. This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, works directly with founders, and delivers quality hires.

The Head of Business People Business Partner (PBP) & Business Talent Acquisition (TA) leads an integrated People strategy for the Business divisions—translating company objectives into executable talent plans that raise engagement, manager effectiveness, and talent density while maintaining clear cross‑team ownership boundaries.
